Join us in a 6 week course in beekeeping where you will learn about the honeybee, the history of beekeeping, spring-summer-fall-winter maintenance, pests of the honeybee, IPM, and much more!

May-October An Introduction to Beekeeping
The need for trained beekeepers is essential, now more than ever, for the environmental sustainability of bees to pollinate essential food crops and the production of high quality honey. Participation in this class includes hands-on Spring-Fall Apiary Training. We will meet 6:30-8:00 pm in our apiary on the following days:
May 7th, 21st…June 4th, 18th…July 2nd, 30th…August 13th…September 10th, 24th…October 8th
